CROCODYLUS POROSUS PHILIPPINES, INC.
is an association of six commercial crocodile farms in the Philippines. The Association was founded in 2000. These farms have several factors in common:

  • They were selected by the Philippine Government, Department of Natural Resources (DENR), to participate in commercial crocodile farming based on a number of criteria.

  • They all received their original founder stock from the Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Center, PWRRC, (formerly the RP – Japan Crocodile Farming Institute) which is a C.I.T.E.S. registered breeding facility for Crocodylus porosus. They have received no other stock from the wild or other sources.

  • They were dependant on PWRRC for farm design and crocodile rearing expertise.

Crocodylus Porosus Philippines, Inc., is proud of our proclamation of Conservation through Commercialism in the Philippines and we are, without reservation, committed to support conservation of crocodiles in the Philippines. Not just the Philippine Crocodile but the Indopacific Crocodile which is also endangered in our country. Both species have an important role in our ecosystems.
